Mountain House rates are calculated as follows:
1–5 people: $295 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
6–10 people: $345 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
11–15 people: $395 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
16–20 people: $445 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
21–25 people: $495 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
26–30 people: $545 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
31–35 people: $595 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
36–40 people: $645 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
41–45 people: $695 per hour + $500 site rep/cleaning fee
For productions with more than 45 people, please contact us directly to discuss rates and arrangements.
Additional Charges:
Pool Heating: Available for an additional fee.
Extended Hours: Productions that begin before 8 a.m. or end after 10 p.m. may incur additional charges.

Mountain House at Eaton Canyon offers convenient on-site parking for productions and events. However, please review the following guidelines to ensure a seamless experience:
Parking Details
On-Site Parking: The property includes space for up to 10 vehicles in the driveway and designated areas.
Street Parking: Additional street parking is available, but please adhere to local signage and restrictions.
Larger Productions: If your production requires parking for more than 10 vehicles, please contact us in advance to arrange off-site parking or shuttling options.
Permit Requirements
Filming Permits: Mountain House is located within FilmLA’s jurisdiction. All productions requiring permits must coordinate through FilmLA.
Special Events Permits: For gatherings exceeding local ordinances, permits may be required. We’re happy to guide you through the process if needed.
Important Notes
Noise Ordinances: Please ensure compliance with Altadena’s noise ordinances, especially during evening or extended-hour shoots.
Neighbor Considerations: We kindly ask that all guests respect the surrounding neighborhood when parking or staging vehicles.
